RECRUITING CAMPAIGN: WHAT MAKES YOU A GURU (A CLOUD GURU)
This campaign was a collaboration between Marketing and People intended to refresh and dramatically expand our careers site and strengthen the company’s reputation as an outstanding place to work. Special consideration was given to help attract non-traditional applicants (including those without a degree or who might normally not apply for a tech job) to further diversify the company’s global workforce. The campaign included email and physical assets, which were handed out at hiring events. Custom pages for each department and the company’s four main offices were also created.
